the hotel was a good home base for enjoying a nice quiet area, adjacent to great restaurants, a nice area and shibuya crossing. we had good and cozy room with smoke detectors.

The room I got was reasonably spacious and cozy with AC. Nice shared bathrooms plus shower. the hotel was close to the alleyway next to the entrance to Ryokan and a free observatory. - Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Marble Lounge that was only a 5-minute walk away.

This was my 2nd stay, and I was provided with a quadruple room. the staff was really helpful and assisted me a lot. - the location is great, especially for exploring the Shinjukujunisha Kumano Shrine. - It's conveniently located a short distance away from the city center.

The staff here is very helpful, the location is fantastic being next to Shinjuku Central Park and close to great restaurants and a bus stop, and it's easy to find as it's located in an alleyway near the entrance.

The room was a good size with a comfy bed and soft down pillows, plus a pleasant private bathroom, all in a fantastic location near the Omoide Yokocho night market.

Great value overall and decently comfy with a fine location, but our space was a concern. I booked the room for three people, but it was way too small for all of us. We had to constantly put away our luggage to move around. However, the facilities were all there, and we were provided with towels for the showers. The check-in and check-out process were surprisingly easy, even without talking to a person. I would recommend this hotel.
